We want you to love your new look, but if it's not quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and free from any makeup or marks.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene seals are fully intact.

  Post Your Package

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your store credit or refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
